Accompaniment and counseling program

  •  Monthly technical visit carried out by our trainer and coffee expert, to verify the optimal functioning of the state of the machines that intervene in the process of extracting and preparing coffee drinks.
  • Training for all staff involved in the coffee service process. Product quality, control and standardization within the organization, advice on the development of new products on the menu.
  • Free basic technical service in the workplace and technical support in case of equipment failure.
  • Training courses in Basic Barista and Intermediate Barista for the required personnel (prior request).
